Question about Student bank accounts

Do banks change their student accounts every year? If yes, when do they release these new accounts?

The might have different rewards but otherwise i dont think they change much.

The problem is that the earlier they release their offer, the more likely it is that someone else will copy (and beat) it. So if bank 1 says they will give you X, bank 2 can say they give x+y. Most applicants won't choose a bank account until after results day, as they need a confirmed uni place to apply. So the later the bank can release their offer, the less time other banks have to compete.

There's no set date as such, but generally around exam time is when you should start looking.
