The state of Israel

That's true. Although I'd say that they have their own ideological goals that they want to achieve, which doesn't include having an Arab socialist superstate.

Too bad,enough is enough
It's not antisemitic, but usually in a discussion/debate when Israel supporters have nothing valid to say they'll just call the other person antisemitic(even if they've said nothing deserving of such a label) in an attempt to shame and silence them.

Ha! Fair enough. PRSOM

Not, not in the slightest. Israel is a country, Judaism is a religion. Criticising England does not make one anti-christian. Criticising Turkey does not make one islamaphobic. Criticising China does not make one anti-buddhist.

Criticising Israel is not anti Semitic.

Israel's been committing genocide since its creation

Jews in the West have been pushing White genocide through mass non-White immigration ever since

Look at the names of the people who pushed immigration under Tony Blair! all Jews

Jewish people have a history of involvement in genocides that goes ignored. The Armenian genocide, yes it was done by Turks but there were also a great many Jews in at that time including in the government...

I think this goes a long way to answering the original question.

It is anti-Semitic because many people take it as an opportunity to channel their hatred against the Jewish people, in Israel and in diaspora, through the support of anti-Israel propaganda (which in itself is borderline anti-Semitic).

That doesn't follow at all - you've essentially said "it's anti-Semitic because some people use it to be anti-Semitic."

This is why we need an United pan Arab state. Nothing else will work. We need to unite our people. Actually make sure we stick to peace treaties regarding Israel. And force the Israeli government to do something about illegal settlements within Israel. The UN have not achieved anything

This will never happen, the Arabs are too tribal to unite

If you think that then you're clearly not very bright.

Israel is a success story where you have freedom of religion freedom to be gay trans it's why so many arabs from neighbouring countries claim aslyum there because they are much more liberal . If Israel was another Arab nation or had mostly darker skin there wouldn't be half as much hate towards them but because they are perceived as white/american/ rich / they must be oppressors/imperialists support for Israel was strong on the left until the last 20-30 years the hate Israel brigade see the Israelis as white imperialists who should leave the ME to Palestinians forgetting the fact that many Israelis have been there for 2-3 generations now

Arabs hate each other. Look at the incredible help given to Syrian refugees by the Arab oil states (Saudi, UAE, Qatar): they didn't care and even prevented refugees from entering. There is also a leadership competition between Egypt and Saudi Arabia, which makes any union impossible.

Egypt would be the natural leader of such union, but as the Saudi have much more money they would undermine any effort towards a pan-Arab state (as they already did at the time of Nasser).

As for illegal settlements in the West Bank, nothing will change as long as Israel has the full American support. Take a look at how Clinton whore herself last week at the AIPAC conference and you'll see that it's not going to change.

Paradoxically, Donald Trump would be the best president for Pan-Arabs, as he would reduce US involvement in the area; he said he would remain neutral in the Israel-Palestine conflict, and cut the ties with the Saudi.

Yes, and that makes it anti-Semitic.

It's the same result, same hatred channeled.

No more than the fact that some people punch others as acts of racist violence makes punching an inherently racist act.

Is criticism of the state of Israel considered antisemitic?
I've seen this happen quite a few times on this forum, where someone will talk about crimes committed by the state of Israel and Palestinian territory being stolen and someone will jump in to accuse them of being antisemitic. I'm just curious

No
