Being good looking is unfortunately a big factor, but its not everything

apart from that I dont give a f about tom cruise

loads of ppl get surgery for hollywood careers.
good looking is not EVERYTHING in life - it does play a major part undeniably, whereas being on filmscreen requires looks for the roles that he plays

Is he happy? We like to judge in life by things like wealth, reputation, power, marriage and education, but is he happy? I'd rather give up all those things if they compromise it. Being better looking might get you what you want, but I don't think it'll fill the void.

do you think he could give his children the same quality of life if he stayed the same as on the left?

he wouldnt have the money or life experience to give to his children
It's not everything because eventually looks fade so if that's the basis of your self worth and the worth others have for you then it's doomed to eventually collapse.
