Of Mice and Men, HELP!

I really don't know how to write a response to the essay questions, can anyone give me pointers for high grades, thanks!
To be able to answer questions you need to understand the book then you make an essay plan of what you wnat to say in response to he question and just do beginning, middle and an end.

Hello! At GCSE the main thing to do is to create pages on characters and themes. Think about the main themes, so take The American Dream for example. Think about how it's presented in the novel, which characters are relevant to it. Do this for every theme and character, making sure you have a bank of quotes for each one. This means that you will have planned an essay for every theme and character :smile: good luck!
