What time will the postman be here with my parcel ? I live in Skelmersdale

I ordered a pair of flip flops on Sunday night, then obviously it was bank holiday the following day but on the email it reads expected delivery Thursday which is today.

The postman came early yesterday, around 10:30 am, however I set my alarm for 9:50 am this morning just in case he comes early, however I am still waiting here at the dining room table waiting for him to hurry the hell up as it is now 11:17 am.




Any idea what time the postman will be here ? I live in Skelmersdale.

Hey all


It is now 11:47 and I am still here sitting at the dining room table and the postman is still not here yet.
I don't like leaving the room until after he has been because if I go in the living room or out in the garden it is very difficult to hear anybody knocking on the door and I am afraid I will come back in to find a missed parcel card :angry:

I shall continue to sit and wait but I am getting pee'd off, he was here early yesterday so why couldn't he be early today the stupid idiot ?

You're not the only one who has to have parcels delivered. It's also possible that it's a courier company rather than the postman.

It's okay, it wouldn't be so bad but I still don't know how long I am going to be waiting and also I set my alarm early, and have been sitting here since around 10 am and still no flaming show of the postman, yet he came early yesterday.

I am ! the kitchen is basically the same room as the dining room, they are side by side, I am sitting at the dining room table, then I might stand up for a minute or 2 to go look out the kitchen window.

Couriers can deliver up to 10pm, depends which one it is

Is a courier like a big van or is it just a person that drives around in a car delivering parcels ?
