Statistical tests for young's modulus data

I have data for extension and force

What statistical test should I perform?

All of the tests we were supposed to perform require a normal distribution, but the data is linear.

Are you saying that you have a number of observations each of which is a (force, corresponding extension) pair? If this is the case, sound like you need to use linear regression with extension as the outcome variable and force as the explanatory variable.

yes
thx

BTW, this is one of those rare occasions where it would be correct to use linear regression without a constant term.
