I think a lot of the people leave after they get their dismal A Level results.
I mean, wouldn't you leave to, if you'd been boasting about how you got X A*'s at GCSE, and how you were gonna go to Oxbridge, then you get BBC at A Level?
I think that's why there are so few university students on here compared to A Level students; they can't take the shame.
I left for 2 years. I returned on April Fools Day with a new username.
This place is like a prison; but a really nice addictive prison with lots of lovely people in it so you don't want to leave

Yikes.
I guess you have to show them that you can use those things without procrastinating too much.
