I´ve read the books. Most of the characters are at the end of their stories (in the books) before the upcoming season, most of what we will see this season is new to us book readers as well. GRRM was supposed to publish his new book in 2015, but it ended up being delayed, and the script writers for the TV show have resorted to creating their own stories, more or less. Unless they pick up some threads and play along with some of the earlier stuff, so some juicy spoilers would be niicee

You're forgetting the lawsuit for infringing her privacy, and the fact that magazines may not give crap potentially for legal reasons.
