Is 9 GCSEs good?

I take it GCSEs include BTECs and CACHE too?

If so I'll be taking 9 GCSEs, possibly 10 if I pick up Media Studies next year (year 11).

So is it enough? Some people take 12.

9 is perfectly fine.
It's really nothing to be worried about at all, anything more than 8 is more than enough.

You're welcome. Good luck with your exams
Bruh, At least you're doing 9.
I'm doing 8 :frown:
You're probably sat there saying to yourself "He is so lucky!"
WRONG!
Doing 8 GCSE's means that if i fail at 3, the rest have to be c's or above to actually get a GCSE Certificate as most schools see a pass at 5 A*-C.
Secondly, there are some people on these forums who get 12A* (:colonhash: ikr).
That would look better than someone who only did 8 but nevertheless got 8 A*.
Others think doing 8 GCSE's is easy, Yes and No. If you are good at all 8 then you're saved, but I'd rather do 9 or more, because even if i mess up in a few all the others I can do just as well in.
I dunno why I was rambling on.

Back on topic:

More than enough

Yeah and it kinda makes it easier for you - less subjects to revise compared to those doing 12.
Our school only lets us do nine, unless you take an online course or something like that

I took nine I think and t's not stopped me from getting anything I wanted. So I would say 9 is enough
i've seen people get into Cambridge with 8 GCSE's - you''re fine :h:
