what accommodation is best ??

hi just wondering if anyone would be able to help me, I'm looking at accommodation at loughborough and I'm stuck between Robert Bakewell and William Morris, i like the both, just wondering if anyone knew which one is best if they are both the same ill just flip a coin haha, thanks
