S1 probability - Venn Diagrams

Hey guys - I got every part of this question correct apart from part E - I never seem to get conditional probability questions correct regardless of whether it is in a venn diagram (like this one) or a tree diagram

Here is the venn diagram for this question just so you can help me easier!
Ultimately he can be in either the of the groups described in d and c but not in part b. Then use conditional probability and all should be good. Assuming the question is as I have undèrstood it.

Conditional Probability works through the changing of the sample space, given that Jason Runs that is now the new sample space so ignore everything else and then the amount of people who run,swim and do not cycle divided by the amount who run is the probability you want.
