There's nothing too wrong about it, but it's spelt "voudrais".

The baker will just stand there for a few seconds and ask "Qu'est-ce que vous voudrez?"

This is a sweet cake rather like a brioche, but made with unsalted butter.

The name Politesse means a curtsy... the edges of the cake rise up like a dress.

What's wrong with it (apart from the obvious voudrais error)? You forgot to say "B'jour mdme/monsieur."
