Use some website called hegartymaths; he explains everything so well
and also do every single past paper...at least 3 times

Going through all the videos. Thanks for sharing it is so helpful!

Hi, what did you guys get in GCSE's, I'm trying to motivate myself to get top grades.

9 A*s, 2 As.

Don't stress it too much. It has almost no impact in later life.

There was a very good revision website called 'SAM Learning' (this was 8 years ago but it might still be around) which had some very useful stuff relevant to the novel we studied. Literally no idea how I got an A* as I've never been an avid reader, but it's more about your essay writing technique and including 'originality' in the exam answers (not many English teachers tell students this, but that's how you get an A* provided you meet all the other criteria).

SAM Learning! I miss that :frown:

how long did u start revising before exams

This was like half a decade ago... I didn't really 'revise' for GCSEs, I just handed work in on time and did all my homework. I vaguely remember doing a lot of past papers though especially for Triple Science and Maths and writing out model answers for questions. The whole exam syllabus may have changed now but that's how it was when I did it.

11 A*s and an A (in history).

I'm not really sure tbh, I think it would be fine for most of them but you should do some research.

If you're going to aim for medical school, you should be aiming for all A*s anyway.

I don't understand.. if you just aim for all A*s, you have a nice chance of getting into Medicine and you'll have the school you want.

I was thinking about that but the first thing is getting the grades which I'm not really capable of getting
