lmaoooo you're going to trigger someone with that comment
I suppose there's a difference in alcohol intake between Gujus and Punjabis as well, if you get what I mean
Loool I don't care - it's a statement of fact (Which I'm sure most Punjabis agree with anyway lol)
I reckon that if alcohol was legalized in Gujarat, the Gujarat government would probably earn more in tax revenue from it than Punjab does They're all drunkards over there
Over here, Gujjus are a bit more conservative over alcohol compared to over there.

I have also seen/heard sometimes both sides don't like each other if they are very religiously strict EVEN though historically we were all the same people and religion (Gujarat and Punjab are close to each other geographically)
I guess OP could be referencing the fact that a lot of Gujarati communities migrated to Gujarat from Punjab many centuries ago
Supposedly, my community migrated from Punjab to Gujarat in like the 12th century (no idea if it's true or not though )
Right, I suppose that would be because the borders weren't the same back then. Or the Gujarati people were having their businesses over in Punjab and then moved back idk either lol

Nah I meant that they were from Punjab without any connection to Gujarat before they migrated.
