Which bromide reacts fastest in SN2 reactions

CH3BR or CH3CH2BR

They are both primary alkyl halides but one has a longer chain so which one reacts fastest?

What effect does attaching an alkyl chain to a molecule have?

Theres a greater inductive effect? So is the answer CH3CH2BR?

I'd go with methyl bromide being faster. A nucleophile will want to attack the more positive carbon centre, along with sterics.
