Personally I think it's a joke. All the money is poured into that school because the Principle of the uni was into pharmacy and is an advocate of Life Sciences.

Looking at the international list, it looks unfair that they allowed all the constituent bits of the old University of Paris in, but neither of the Catholic Universities of Leuven.
