Would any of you recommend FDM group ?

I've heard pretty crappy things

It might depend on which department you are in. Looks like a pretty big company so employee attitudes are probably quite varied.

I've heard horror stories. Three months unpaid training, and if you miss a day you have to pay the fully £20,000 cost of it. A competition clause or something that stops you finding good work even a year after the graduate scheme finishes. Plus the fact that they have like weekly assessment days shows that something is fishy.
