Can i apply to a university course that is unrelated to my A level subjects?

Okay, so basically I took Biology, Chemistry, Maths & Psychology as my A levels, but now i really wish i had taken history and literature in replacement of chem and bio because i was good at those subjects in IGCSE! I know it's too late to change my subjects now, so I was wondering, could I apply to a course in uni, that is unrelated to the subjects I'm taking now? Thank youu xx

For some degrees it's possible to do so, for some you might need a foundation year. What degree was it you wanted to do?
