Not something that everyone will appreciate but the bass is amazing and my favourite piece ever. Wait til 4:30 and let the soprano take you to heaven.

I've been listening recently to this peice I came across, CPE Bach flute concerto in D minor especially the last movement.
I'm uncertain if it's classical in the strictest sense, but Tchaïkovski's Swan Lake:

I actually discovered it through the old popular DS game "Nintendogs" in which your dogs could find records and bring them back to you...I would always play this one cause I loved the dance they did haha.
