I'm just worried it'd be too long.

Also am stuck between that and a quote from Alice in Wonderland.

Whilst that is my all time favourite quote, it's too long for a tattoo.
I was going for: "It's only a dream."

What Alice in Wonderland quote?

Thank you :h: although I prefer the semicolon :wink:

Read upp ^^^

I realise to most people, it sounds incredibly cliche. And it's actually from the film, not the book. The full quote is "It's only a dream. Nothing can hurt me." it just means a lot to me - dreams aren't only a parallel imaginary reality, they're also hopes and can represent memories. For me, it means that here and now, bad events in the past and potential failures won't hurt me.

@FrenchUnicorn
I still wish Carroll had left that unanswered. Trying to work it out is all the fun :ahee:

I've never actually read the book. I'd ask if you recommend it, but I have the sliiiightest feeling you might be a tad bias :wink:

Haha, it's a kid's book :tongue: it's kind of like my comfort book. My sister got me the most beautiful illustrates copya couple of christmases ago. It's absolutely bonkers. If you're into wild literature and lots to analyse, you'd love it. If you want an easier read with less hidden meaning, it may not be for you :tongue:
This was a great read :five: Favorite line is probably "The bubble is you and you're dizzy."

well I love reading and I love surrealism.

I'll watch the film again to start I can't really remember it. But I don't think it's the same as the book
