Just can't sleep - completely ruined my pattern, and everytime I'll just grab my phone or tablet and waste more time :/

My phone is my worst enemy sometimes. It always stops me from sleeping.

Yep work for 10 hours and then some good old revision! Why do I do this to myself? Why?
