No, I don't urinate on my hands
Always i find it disgusting if people don't especially flushing the toilet or touching the door handle there's alot of germs on your hand and others have to touch the handle after ..yuck.
I use hand sanitiser, does that count ? :smile:

I dont really know , because like you are washing them but without water?

I wash straight after in the bathroom

Then go downstairs and wash again in the kitchen sink

Hand sanitiser is apparently a bad idea to use regularly because it kills all germs on your hands, including the ones that you need to protect them, so it makes it easier for actually bad bacteria to spread on your hands. Or something like that. Just wash them instead.

Yeah. But not urinating on your hands doesn't mean that you shouldn't wash your hands.
I hate it when people in the school toilets don't wash their hands. I also remember them if it's someone in my year group - once a friend of mine didn't wash her hands after going to the toilet and I was utterly disgusted.
