I have to ask regarding ecchi: is fate stay night anime ecchi? i avoided reading the visual novel and manga because I read on wiki thatthey are hentai and was apprehensive about watching fate/zero because of what I read about fate/stay/night. however after watching fate zero (enjoyed the second half) and watching both fsn animes -1 of which is on netflix (I am still avoiding the novels and manga even though the main characters are over 18), the anime definately isnt hentai and isnt anywhere near as pervy as most mainstream anime.

I was on the pill and felt horrendous so I'm off them and felt better.

thats why I avoided it (based on wiki) but the anime itself doesnt have any nudity and or sex (or groping / much lewd behaviour) so thats why the question was asked. based on what ive read on forums / asked people who watch anime, the visual novel (read interactive videogame) is erogre. the manga I have no idea about but the wiki page suggest it combines all 3 pathways but ends the way it ends in fate pathway (if it isnt erogre /ecchi /hentai , hope it gets animated)
I dont watch ecchi lol (closest I came to watching was when I saw shudders cross ange because it was made by the guy who made gundam seed and the mech designs looked like a cross of gundams and escaflowne. sadly the anime was some perveted piece of crap (according to people I know who have seen the whole series, get rid of the nudity / perviness and it is a decent premise but the fanservice ruins it)

Lol, I came up with it during a super rebellious phase (7-8 years ago now) when I realised that I wasn't religious at all. I'm still an atheist, mind, just not as rebellious, I'd like to think

Yup, I've got a 4-week summer placement lined up at a small DGH in East Sussex this coming July, and I've applied to the Royal Free for one too, funnily enough (I'm originally from North London, but study at Brighton
)So what sort of services are you qualified for, e.g. flu vaccinations / MURs / NMS etc.
Also, does locumming in community really pay much more than as a permanent pharmacist?

2)marathi (im an indian minority on TSR; eternal flame is the only other marathi I have come across on TSR :| )
3)hospital stuff was intersting as I got to spend time on wards and surprisingly a lot of changes which I thought needed to be made, the PIPs and consultants agreed with (nice change to community lol). NPA got to spend 6 weeks in summer across various departments but was mainly in professional development (read education and training) and pharmacy support (their medicines information department which also provides PGDs for people). it was a good experience and I came across it by chance to tell the truth. I was looking for work experience and I suddenly came across it on the web.
4) in terms of services: murs, nms, flu/meningitis/hepatitis vaccinations, smoking cessation I am doing accreditation and I need to do stuff on chlamydia screening and other stuff. I do however refuse to do emergency contraception and will signpost someone to another pharmacy.
5)if you work the same hours, then locumming is more lucrative (especially in hospital as locum hospital pharmacists earn the same as locum GPs). but with locum work you need consistent work (tbh, its hard to get permanent work in community as they want people with 2-3 years experience). personally go for hospital pre-reg and try sticking with hospital (pay is less for band 6 and 7 full time than community but it is more rewarding )

that is a surprisingly not so clear-cut answer believe it or not. prettymuch all moisturisers work via the same way (trap in moisture) and have similar efficacies (ie similar rates of success). what sets a lot of them apart however is the composition, which in turn leads to interpatient variability (ie dif users will have dif experiences and if a pharmacist says go for 1 particular brand, chances are 1 of 2 things: they have tried it and it works for them; or the pharmacy has a deal with a supplier and wants to flog some.
this sadly means trial and error im afraid but here is a list of commonly used moisturisers: aqueous cream (avoid if you suffer contact dermatitis to aspriin,m deep heat, voltarol, ibuprofen as it has salicylic acid), aveeno (literally porridge in moisturising form but it is surprisingly effective against chickenpox in children), cetraben, dermol cream (lotion is a liquid which can be added to bath), diprobase, doublebase, e45, epaderm, zerocream, zeroderm (list goes on but those are common ones off the top of my head).
with moisturisers, it is essential that you apply them to wet skin to attain maximum benefit as (like I previously mentioned), the work by trapping water. Ideally apply it to wet skin up to 4 times a day (yes 4 times a day is ideal amount but due to factors like having work clothes / timing, it can't be done by a lot of people). with moisturisers, also be aware of certain aspects, namely it can leave your clothes greasy (particularly if ointments used) and can increase risk of zits / acne as it traps sweat as well (you can also feel warmer due to sweat being trapped. but overall moisturisers are a great way of treating eczema and shouldnt be overlooked.
only try topical corticosteroids for eczema whan multiple types of moisturisers dont work (even then, go for a weak one). try a few different moisturisers ideally before trying topical corticosteroids (hydrocortisone 1% is the only one over the counter).
topical means that it can be applied to skin or to body surface (eg inside mouth) and only acts on that particular area. systemic means it enters you body and acts on it as a whole in layman speak.

varies but the last few saturdays have been literally abandoned by staff in the dispensary so I have been the only person working in dispensary, answering queries, dealing with patients, dispensing, reviewing procedures, etc. 2 days ago was a relief as it meant that the dispensing staff could do all stuff which needed to be ready for patients to collect and I was able to check them off and deal with walk-in patients and do medication reviews.
