Working out rate constants

Hi,
I carried out an experiment at different temperature using iodine, propanone and sulfuric acid and I timed how long it took for the solution to change from brown to colourless. I need to work out the rate constant which is k= rate/ (concentration of propanone x concentration of sulfuric acid) but i don't know how to work out the rate of the reaction at different temperatures. The conentration of propanone I used was 0.6 moldm3 and the concentration of sulphuric acid was 0.486 mol dm3.

What was the concentration of the iodine?

This disappears in a certain time, so calculate mol dm-3 s-1 for the iodine ...

.. this is the rate.
