Hi, I hope I'm not too late to help out here? I'm biased because I'm in my second year studying here and it's my home city, but if you have any questions about the university or the city (or even the Health and Life Sciences department, better yet Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic Science because that's what I'm studying), then go ahead and quote me or pm me :smile:

I'm very happy here, but I can understand that everyone will prefer somewhere different. It depends on what you're looking for in a university. When I was looking, I went to open days for 9 different places all over the country, and drew up a table showing what I liked and disliked about all of them. Really helped me to finalise my choices!
