Can any one tell me if I am doing the right thing for Q 7 c). I am stuck up to hear. Have no idea what to do next.

Go back to 02arcosh(x2+1)dx\displaystyle \int_{0}^{\sqrt{2}} arcosh (x^2 + 1) dx and use integration by parts like you would on lnxdx \int \ln x dx

Basically this.
Remember, if you can integrate x multiplied by the function's derivative, then you can integrate the function itself (using parts with 1 and the function).
So working out dy/dx should serve as a hint/help for the integration.
