China tears down THOUSANDS of crucifixes in crude bid to eradicate Christianity

More than two thousand crosses have now been forcefully removed from churches as part of a government campaign to regulate “excessive religious sites”.
Christian charity China Aid confirmed just before Easter that more than 2000 crosses had now been demolished by the government as part of their “Three Rectifications and One Demolition” campaign. It also claimed that since the beginnning of 2016 to early March, 49 Churches had been destroyed in the rampage to abolish Christianity.

Wow. I was just thinking about why is Asia at least East Asia when they're practically related so vicious to each other. Aside from imperialism and invasion to one another's land and economic systems like communism and and crap like that, it seems the issue could be religious differences. That's just a shame.

na bruh only barbaric muslamics b violent followers of christ would never do dat.

This is more a testament to china's iron rule than the calm nature of Christians, Muslims have been equally if not more oppressed by the Chinese regime and aren't blowing china to bits. The Chinese just have their population on a tight leash.
