Is your course male dominated?

I know this is uni, but hey ho I'll do it for A-levels

Maths - female dominated
Politics - female dominated
Biology - 50/50 split
History - male dominated (probably due to the fact we do more modern, war orientated history)

Mathematical Physics
Male to Female = 60% to 40%

That's actually not bad for a STEM course

Maths at Warwick. 18.6% female a couple of years ago. Looks similar now.

Yes. Chemeng
economics is like 60% male apparently. So that is one male-dominated course.
I do a computer science degree(focused on web dev) and I'd say it's 90% male. Not many people on the course anyway.
Not on my course yet but I've applied for civil engineering. 25% are female on the course with the uni I've firmed.
Not at uni yet but will say my two sisters and one of their boyfriend's:

Sister number 1- German and Italian which was almost even but there were 4 more girls
Sister number 2- Pharmacy which is pretty even
Sister number 1's bf- Engineering Science where 80% including himself were either Chinese/Korean/Indian males.

Considering I want to do English, I'm guessing more girls.
My course (Accounting) was about 50% boys, 50% girls. (I can't remember the actual stats, but it was very close to an even split)

what course are u doing at uni? is it male dominated?

It's Chemistry; of course it is
Every single lesson I have is 100% Male,
I do chemistry and the split is pretty much 50-50! I always thought chemistry was either equal male/female split or slightly more girls- if you don't mind me asking, where do you study?
I'm doing civil engineering in September. I'm bracing myself for the sausage fest
