Unfortunately height is something we are born with and for the most part cannot change by at most perhaps 5-10% through exercise and good nutrition, this one you just roll with and realise no ones perfect

I think bold is preference, obviously at a certain age, you hair line will naturally move back but you can choose some natural products to help growth/meet similar aged people/find less judgemental people/wear good hats if you rly want

Im not saying everyone should work out but this is easily the most controllable, simply take in less and exercise some muscles, you dont need to be the Rock but just do some easy simple bodyweight exercises like pressups/pullups/situps and make a good tiring routineAlso personality is very important. Its certainly not everything but its very important

You CANT control you height
You CANT control (but can use some products/hats) your receding hairline

But you CAN control your body shape (to a large degree)
and you CAN control your personality
