It's a tricky one, because the obvious candidates (Hilary Benn, Alan Johnson) have ruled themselves out or been ruled out (Chuka Umunna) or humiliatingly defeated already (Andy Burnham, Liz Kendall).

That really only leaves Angela Eagle and as she's witty, quick on her feet, an obvious leader and visibly capable of controlling the House, I'd say she's the one.
