General Studies is hardly difficult, though (especially at AS). Not all A Levels are born equal.

You must be the only person in the world who thinks multiple-choice questions are harder than essay questions. :erm:

I have tried some. The only exam I've ever sat whose multiple-choice section was harder than its essay-writing section was the BMAT, and that's nothing like an A Level exam, where you're given five choices, three of which are usually pretty obviously wrong. Hardly more difficult than essays, which are subject to interpretation when marking. With MCQs, it's always a right/wrong dichotomy. Not so with essays.

Therefore: I'm right. :eviltongue:

I love multiple choice because they usually repeat.

I didn't actually take General Studies. Asking me to take a look at questions for a subject I've never studied and then using my probable inability to do well on them as evidence for their difficulty is an obviously fallacious proof.
