Summer 2016 - IGCSE EDEXCEL MATHEMATICS EXAMS

Hey! I'm making this thread for all those sitting the two exams this summer (Paper 3H and Paper 4H). We are ever closer to starting our exams so I thought it would be a good idea to create this thread for those of us who are sitting this particular exam.

Specification attached.

:work: Important Dates :work:

Paper 3H - 26th May 2016 (AM)
Paper 4H - 9th June 2016 (AM)

Feel free to ask questions, have general discussions about the exam or the content as well as share any tips you have and the grades you're aiming for.

Good Luck!

Hey Everyone!

I made this thread for my fellow CIE students who are writing their exams in May/June. I hope we can all discuss our exam techniques and share resources together!

If anyone has any resources they can send me a message or post them below and I will add then to this section!

Could try hegarty maths.

I have my exam tomorrow too.
It is the non-calculator paper for 0607 international mathematics (CIE).
At least it's just 45 minutes. The tough one is the 2 hour 15 minute calculator paper on Thursday...

Same here! Doing the 0607 non calc paper in about 3 and a half hours. wish the best.
I wish I had the exam in the morning rather than the afternoon, I'm just sitting at home at the moment waiting to go in and I'm pretty much just working myself up.

Hi there! I've moved this to the correct forum for you I've also linked to it in the GCSE directory thread, which you can find here. Use that directory to find discussion threads on your other exams too, and let me know if you find or make any that aren't on there already

It actually went quite well! Better than expected! 2015's paper 21/22/23 were definitely harder than this one IMO (I did 22 today).

Careless mistakes taken into account, I am hoping for at least 33/40 marks.

Hope everyone else did well!

Brilliant:beer: Are you writing any other math papers?
I found the paper harder than all of the previous papers!!! During the exam I thought it was going really badly, but when it finished everyone was talking about what answers they got and to my surprise I got quite a lot of them right. So I really have no idea of what mark I got... :frown:
