Do I need to resend evidence that I'm an independent student for my second year?

I'm currently a first year applying for next year's student finance - when filling out my details the 'are you an independent student?' question was unchangeable.

Does anyone know if I'll have to resend evidence of my income etc?

Unless your circumstances change then your status as dependant or independent doesn't change throughout your course. You don't need to resend evidence unless SFE ask for it specifically after you send your application off for assessment.
