It's not true :console: :hugs:

You can't deny some tourist areas of France are a bit snobby, I don't blame them because they have arrogant tourists to deal with but it is kind of true

Paris, only the locals near the main tourist attractions

It must be partly true anyway due to FN polling

Mmmh Idk.. I live there and people are used to live with tourists around !
The FN politic is more against immigrants than tourists, anyway not everyone is supporting such a politic anyway ^^

It's always looked really delicious until you realise what it actually is.

I might cheat and find a recipe for it but swap the snails for something else, because that garlic herb sauce looks ****ing divine.

Probably more common in UK even.

They used to serve frogs legs when I was at boarding school. Caught the frogs in the morning from the lake out on the meadow.
I've been to france like 5 times and not once eaten snails...I'm the worst tourist :getmecoat:
I hear that the English eat fish. Imagine that. Animals that live in salty, polluted water. Bleurgh.
i have had snails before and there were great
cooked in cognac, white wine, butter, garlic and parsley
ewwwww
I've eaten them before
They're basically the land version of mussels, which everyone eats.

They taste the same, anyway.
Aye they taste quite delicious and are very chewy. The only exasperating thing about eating them is having to suck them out their shells; it takes forever for them to pop out.
