No it would be a mother in law because you don't generally refer to yourself as 'my daughter's mother' - that would indicate the person speaking is the father so we can't assume the mother and father are married and as a result the answer would be that she is the daughters grandmother

teresa = mum
So, my mother's daughter is Teresa's daughter.

My mother's daughter means me, right? If it's your mother then you're her daughter.

Which means I am Teresa's daughter.

So Teresa is my mother.

That really hurt my brain breaking that down... Also, looking at the word daughter feels weird. It just doesn't look right.
