Quitting uni

I'm thinking of quitting uni as I really don't think I'll pass this year, I've already failed half of my courses due to being depressed at where I am. I hate where I've moved too and I want to transfer back to London and apply for a uni here but I can't seem to access my old UCAS account. Does anyone know how I can get it back?

Your old UCAS account wont be valid to apply for 2016 entry. You need to create a new one.

If you phone UCAS with the details of your old account and ask for a copy of your 2015 application under data protection rules then they'll send it through to you electronically within an hour or so for £10.
