I don't think it is very accurate to be honest. I disregard almost all criticism on the basis that the person providing it is almost certainly an idiot and I am the opposite of dependent - I absolutely hate people trying to take care of me and am independent almost to a fault. Even on the OCD front, I hate people leaving lights on during the day, leaving small gaps when drawing the curtains, not making the bed evenly, and various other little things so would expect to be closer to average.

The only things on that list people have ever accused me of being IRL are a narcissist and OCD, the two things this tests says I'm not :lol:

That's so strange. IRL I've been called Avoidant, Borderline ( :shh:

) and paranoid and it seems to match up :smug:

But it doesn't give a great view of my personality does it :sigh:

These tests never do. They are interesting to take, but if anyone thinks that the four letters a tests ascribes to them actually means anything long-term they are silly.

It's similar with IQ, which does at least have some predictive power. Ten extra IQ points won't make up for being lazy or inflexible. Having an average IQ does not preclude greatness.

Tests are fun, but should obviously be taken with a pinch of salt.

I have you know that earlier I fancied tea, but I had a coffee instead. I am also making curry with pasta rather than rice. I am capable of random acts of such enormous magnitude :hand:

Entirely possible, but I would be incredibly weary of entrusting such a diagnosis to a test on the internet that takes 3 minutes to complete and asks only about a very parochial set of things.

This said, if we are going to assume random internet tests are reliable I am going to take my 190+IQ with my avoidant personality and run with it :lol:

Well, I've tested at multiple times and particularly when I feel emotionally disconnected. I get those two results and sometimes INFJ as well. The only thing that doesn't change is the I and N. There ain't no way I'm ever gonna come out as an Extrovert lol.

It's weird that my answers change so much yet I'm the same person.

INTJ and INFPs are quite different as well. The former is more calculative and judgemental whereas the latter is soft and all the feels.

I say I'm an INFP, but I know I have the tendency to be more INTJ at certain points.

I always thought you'd be an INFJ.

On the whole I'm an INTJ, but become ENTP when I'm trying to forget myself.

Yes well I have got INFJ a couple of times when I'm semi-removed. When I'm emotional and more 'myself' I get INFP, and then when I'm a complete socio I come out as INTJ or ISTJ.

Thing is you can have an introverted personality but still be extroverted at points.

The key difference for me is I need a lot of time on my own, and after socialising with people I feel exhausted and need space. But I can still be very extroverted and sociable if I want. :moon:
