but its literally a staring contest and then my eyes water lol
like what do i do from there
i always break the eye contact cos i feel shy / ashamed / uncultured

don't make eye contact or you'll turn to stone
Give a smile if you like him and return to daily life.
Give him the eyes if you dislike him.

Depends on the type of guy the person is. If hes clearly making advances and willing to go up to you then let him.

If hes not but looks interested, theres no problem for you to approach him.
