The Student Room Group

Things you can relate to while revising:

A new idea of mine, may be a flop but worth a try

What happens to you when you descend into a world consumed by revision?

Ill kick the thread off with a few starters:

>Spending more time with my cat than actual people.

>Having a healthy and balanced diet consisting entirely of chocolate digestive biscuits and coffee.

>My room have never been tided so much in my entire life.
Drinking so much water its unreal, literally going to the toilet every 30min:laugh:

>Ending up in another room of my house and not knowing how I got there and why I even went there in the first place. (happens from time to time but seems to happen a lot when revising aha)

And crisps and sweets
Using the internet to research on history or something and ending up watching someone yodeling while hopping on one leg and dancing to the Ketchup Song.

Everyone here can relate to this one:

Spending too much time on TSR instead of revising
Procrastinating:
- Researching bizarre articles and posts and watching documentaries such as are vampires real? Watching YouTube videos on Biology completely unrelated to what my exams are going to be on...
- Going through my computer folders and seeing how disorganised they are and how documents need to be re-arranged and named correctly not having documents named ''jhdskjgh''.
- Also eating a lot of food, so having to constantly get up to go to the kitchen... SMH.

And crisps and sweets

and chocolate and cookies

Stuff that honestly isn't that appealing on a normal day, but when your revising carbs are life, they feed your soul. WHY? :colone:

And then there's me, who'd rather watch people dance instead of dancing myself. :getmecoat:

And watching cute kitten videos :o:D
Ultimately failing. I guarantee that 99.99% of revision leads to failure.
That moment we can no longer go on
or the very next day when you forget everything.
I end up chewing my pen to death and forget to drink anything 😂
