Accidentally deleted controlled assessment !!

Im a massive idiot I accidentally deleted my controlled assessment the a453 one!! . I was meant to delete a useless word doc but since i have mental issues i wasnt even concentrating !! what im i meant to do now???

yeah thats the thing i checked and it wasnt there. probably because the school computers are £100

Hmm, are you sure? Did you make any backups of it?

Visit the technicians. Schools usually take two backups of student areas, per day.
