Automotive v Motorsport

Evening all,

long time lurker finally decided to sign up :P

I'm currently trying to decide about which course to start in September, Beng automotive engineering at MMU or Beng Motorsport engineering at UWTSD in swansea.

Been to both, got a better impression at Swansea, seemed more passionate and at MMU there was only the formula student car to work on. Facilities seem a bit better at Swansea. But not sure which one will be better.

Anyone got any advice or tips?

If you want to include rankings in your decision making (and there's not really a need to do so but...) Swansea is generally higher ranked than MMU.

But you should go with the course/uni you prefer.
