I was looking at entry requirements for the mathematics course at Sheffield Hallam. I was wondering why entry requirements are much lower for 2017 than for 2016?
Probably because of the new linear A levels being harder and all that?

No not harder, just that the new UCAS tariff applies for all applicants (not just Sheffield Hallam) for 2017 onwards. e.g. A* at A-level is now 56, was 140 points.
