Loving them more

A topic came up in conversation and someone suggested that "one person in the relationship always loves the other more than they are loved back".

I didn't really like the idea of that as it's not exactly ideal but I've never had a relationship so I just wanted to know how true is this??
It happens.

My hand loves my penis more than my penis loves my hand.
It's true at first.

One person will usually fall harder and faster in love, usually the chap. (Yeah I speak from exp).

Then over time you both end up depending on each other equally.

Your hand goes off and does things with so many other body parts (yours or even others'), while good ol dicky is faithful.
