In order to gain immunization.

You get a mixture produced via egg proteins or something, and it's injected into a muscle, not the blood stream. Though if you did into the latter, you might be in trouble.

Where I am going you have to have it, they might turn you away if it's not in your vaccination passport.

I also got Hep A&B as well as a cocktail for Tetanus/Dyphteria/Polio

I did not get Typhoid. Hm. Maybe I should look into that.

The vaccination is the yellow fever...they produce it with egg proteins or something, with a slightly less aggressive nature, and it's injected into your muscle tissue, not blood.
