People who don't watch anime are missing out

Anime is a medium which most people play off but it can be one of the best. Anime is a safe haven for people who like artistic vision, bright colours and a breath of fresh air.
Anyone who's on the edge watch death note it will change your whole view of anime :redface:

It just seems to be very samey. with shallow plots and the same main charterer subtypes. mostly the plots seem to confuse a deep plot with a convoluted plot.

Go on suggest a "good" anime then
We know what real sunlight is.

We know how to leave our bedrooms.

But how? It's a cartoon; hence, it's suitable for children right?
I've enjoyed Death Note and Attack on Titan. Some western cartoons in anime styles, most notably Avatar:Legend of Aang and Legend of Korra are extremely good too.

I love the art style, it's present in lots of japanese video games too, such as the Tales of... series, which I've enjoyed quite a bit myself. There are some tropes which are a little annoying though. I lost all interest in Sword Art Online when everyone started falling in love with the main character for example. Ugh.
Some anime is pretty bad but when it is good it's addictive. I feel sorry for the people who refuse to watch it.

I just finished Erased, absolutely loved it :biggrin:
Anime is life.
