Can I make my parents account?

Hey there, I've done my side of the Student Finance application for my first year study.

I find it hard to get my parents to get time to sit down create an account and support my application as they always say that they're busy.

Is it possible that I can create their account for them and input the details in if they give me their P60?

You should do the paper form instead could make life easier

I've printed out both forms, do these forms replace the online support? Also is there an address where I send these forms?
