You divide your working time into cycles of 25m work - 5m break and repeat for 4 cycles where you then have a 15-30m break; and repeat the whole thing again. Very effective for long periods of work and avoiding burning out

It's the same?
Pomodoro doesn't work for anything that requires understanding/thorough learning.

25 minutes is far too short.

I prefer an 2 hours followed by a 30 minute break.
