Could I get in trouble for putting a naked pic of someone on FB (even if they ****ing

I found out that this vile cow I used to know has sent my boyfriend a naked pic. When I found out though I posted it on Facebook but edited her vagina to make it look really hairy. Could I get in trouble for this?

Urgh.... Of course. To be honest, you're an idiot. Try and apologise somehow, getting on their side is the only thing you can do to hinder/stop them going further with this. And, if someone saw this in the future, it looks better that you regretted your actions, which you seem to.

Make it in their interest to help you at the same time. Turn their hatred towards you elsewhere if you can.

You just became worse then the 'vile cow' you mentioned. And yes, you are probably is serious trouble.
Basically its very illegal, and you should remove it.

1.

Sending images of this kind may, depending on the circumstances, be an offence under the Communications Act 2003 or the Malicious Communications Act 1988. Behaviour of this kind, if repeated, may also amount to an offence of harassment under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997.

2.

Specific legislation also applies to the making, dissemination or possession of indecent photographs of children under the age of 18.

3.

The maximum penalty for possession of indecent photographs of children is five years in prison.

4.

Creation and distribution of such photographs carries a maximum penalty of 10 years.

How would you feel if it had been done to you. You should take it down immediately imo or take the risk.
To my knowledge, yes (as a disclaimer, I have no legal expertise). I would imagine for two reasons, one for sharing an image that they didn't give consent to share and the other reason would be defamation, also if they are under 18 that is a whole other plethora of legal troubles. If you haven't already take it down and apologies to the person in the image and hope for the best.

Yes lmao you could get in a lot of trouble.

Vile cow doesn't care

But you'll get in trouble regardless
You sound really young and immature. Like seriously, just move on and be a bigger person. Just inform her that you are in a relationship with him and that you find it disrespectful for her to do such? Tell your boyfriend to cut contact with her.
How is this even a question that a serious adult would ask?????? Yes????? Of course you'll get into trouble?????????????
theres a presumption she is a serious adult. Alos no confirmation it was unsolicited.

lol okay you make it sound so easy, I mean you are right but people do have emotions lol.
There's other ways to get revenge on that slag than risking your own future looool
I'm going to assume you're under 18 by the childish post and response, in which case I'd hazard the girl is <18 too.
In which case you can get prosecuted for sharing child porn.
In which case, good luck trying to explain that in the future.

Grow up.

(and yes it's illegal even if she's not)

Pretty much....once its up there, chances are you will never be able to remove it off of the internet. What you've done is... just awful.
Reading these threads makes me more depressed. I wish I had girls fighting over me like this :frown:

Nonetheless, you can go to jail/get massive fine. If she is <18, thats a child pornography offense there.
really hope this isn't real... you realise even if you delete the photo fast anyone could have saved it and once it's on the internet it is pretty much impossible to get rid of, it can be passed around and reposted forever... future boyfriends could come across it, future employers, future friends, family members etc

so yes, it's a serious crime, you should have heard of 'revenge porn laws' as they've been in the news recently, and as others have said if she is under 18 that's distributing child porn as well

I sincerely hope she takes legal action against you
9/10 Great troll
