English Literature- I just don't know how to write/ structure a band 6 answer

I'm doing AQA English Literature B A2 Gothic and I just do not know how to get an A. I got a B in my coursework and now I need to get an A in my exam to get an A overall. I really do everything I could to get an A- analysis, alternative meanings, theories but I still manage to get a B. I do not understand what to do get an A in the exam. I am so nervous
Can someone please advise me on how to structure/write a band 6 answer?
