Hey,
I've had some issues of my own in the past. Obviously we all have different reasons why we may not want to turn to teachers, even people we know. For me, it's a hatred for melodrama / dramatic
things in general. Even writing this is making me cringe. (obviously it shouldn't but I'm just sharing k :'
)
Childline can be good, but often they just echo what you say to them. I would recommend Samaritans helpline, which is also free and open 24 hours. Obviously Childline is more specialised for young people, and problems which are associated with teenagers and children etc. I found Samaritans more human, I guess.
Anyway, what's important is the step you need to take to get help, or have a chat, maybe talk to someone more qualified than TSR folk
(although you're doing good by asking here too!)
Don't be afraid, make the call, hang up when you're done. It's free, nobody has to know, and you have nothing at all to lose, in fact you will probably end up feeling better.
Good luck!
